Every LEANNN order is covered by a 30-night money-back guarantee. Use your pillow every evening for 30 nights. If it isn’t for you, send it back for a full refund of the purchase price.
How to start a return
- Email us at ayo.semlali@edu.umi.ac.ma within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the pillow with its accessories and send it back to us.
- Once it arrives, we refund you to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
The details
- Full refunds of the price you paid for the product — no restocking fees and no partial refunds.
- Please include the power adapter, cable and towel cover with your return.
- A real person handles your request from start to finish.
Exchanges
Prefer a replacement instead of a refund? Just say so in your email and we’ll sort it out.
Your legal rights
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights as a UK consumer, including your right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery. It does not affect those rights.
