Covered beyond the trial
On top of the 30-night money-back guarantee, every LEANNN pillow is protected by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. If your pillow stops working under normal use, we’ll replace it.
What’s covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Failure of the heating element, motor or electronics under normal, intended use
- Buttons or controls that stop responding on their own
What’s not covered
- Accidental damage, drops or crushing
- Water or liquid damage beyond normal cleaning
- Normal cosmetic wear (marks, fading)
- Damage from misuse, or from repairs or modifications not authorised by us
- Products bought from unauthorised third-party sellers
How to make a claim
- Email ayo.semlali@edu.umi.ac.ma with your order number and a short description of the problem (a photo or video helps).
- We’ll confirm the fault and, if it’s covered, send you a free replacement.
This warranty is in addition to — not instead of — your 30-night money-back guarantee and your rights under UK consumer law.
